​Female Judge- The Judge who decides the distribution of your assets and more importantly your custody arrangement is as important as anything in the process. Your character as a man means nothing if your Judge is pre disposed against equal custody and men in general.  There is a reason that most custody decisions are in favor of women. Talk to your lawyer about the Judges involved and why they will likely be on your wifes side of the field until you show them they shouldn’t be.
