​Teachers- When your wife wants to win primary custody from you or later change custody  because she does not like the time you were given, she will use everyone she can find to help support her claim for primary custody. She will suggest her own kid is having trouble in school and that the kid should be tested for learning or behavioral disabilities. This is often done despite no suggestion from the school or your child's teachers. Not wanting to get sued, the school system falls in line and any abnormal testing or behavorial issues will be noted. Your wife will then use these results to try and get her own kid classified as ADHD or needing more time to do tasks in school to create issues that are blamed on you wanting or having equal custody. Your wife will find the sympathetic teacher to help with this agenda and the school system falls in line taking resources that could be better spent on a kid that really needs the extra tutoring and support. These teachers will often align with the mom and any effort made by you to call out the ridiculousness of the system will be met with silence because these folks do not want to lose their jobs even if they agree with you and what is being done to your kid. If you don’t think your wife will use the school system to help destroy your child's self esteem  to get or change custody, you are naïve.
