WHY MEN UNITED - When choosing a lawyer the first thing any person should look for is experience and ability. Does the lawyer have what it takes to get a fair result based on their knowledge of the law and court experience.
There are also additional factors that must generate a positive feeling before a client can truly be comfortable with their choice for consultation, representation, and/or coaching. These include:
A lawyer often best relates to his clients that are facing similar experience that he has been through himself. When you are interviewing lawyers to see who is a fit for you whether it be for a consultation, divorce, custody issues, or life coaching, ask the lawyer to tell you his divorce and custody story. If he cant tell you one and instead tells you about his 60 year marriage to his wife with perfect kids and grandkids, ask yourself if this person can relate to what you are going through no matter what their experience or knowledge of the law.
Men United is not for everyone. We deal in hard realities directly but with compassion and understanding so you can be in the best mental state possible to fight the woman who wants you destroyed and too often isolated from your kids.

There are also additional factors that must generate a positive feeling before a client can truly be comfortable with their choice for consultation, representation, and/or coaching. These include:
- Can I relate to the lawyer personally? Will this lawyer talk to me honestly and tell me the good and bad about my situation rather than just go through the motions with what seems like indifference and an eye on his or her bill.
- Are the fees and work to be done reasonable and explained. Does the client have reasonable access to the lawyer without it being a relationship where both sides create unnecessary interaction to generate billing by the lawyer and constant and repeated emails and phone calls from the client. Meaningful communication is a must.
- Does your lawyer have personal life experience in the situation the client is facing? Has the lawyer been through a bad marriage with a woman? Had a high conflict divorce? Had a woman repeatedly deprive him access to his children? Will he tell you why to fight for your kids and not just accept the every other weekend schedule that your wife wants you to have or that you will accept because you think that is the way it is? Has he actually been personally deposed in a divorce case and gone through a trial over his children and or his assets? Has he seen the interaction between school systems, the judiciary, and professional therapists designed to deprive a child of educational opportunities and custody for fathers based on inherent bias and improper medical diagnosis?
